2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

3. BOOKINGS
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability.
- You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking.
- Prices quoted may vary based on the actual condition of your vehicle.
4. PAYMENTS
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept various payment methods (Cash, Card, Bank Transfer).
- A deposit may be required in some cases to secure your booking.
5. MOBILE DETAILING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Our subscription packages are designed to maintain your vehicle's cleanliness with convenience. Please read our specific terms regarding billing and cancellations below.
6. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
- 4-6 Week Maintenance: Recurring every 4-6 weeks.
- Location: All services are mobile (home or workplace) within our service area.
7. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Cancellations:
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. No refunds for the current cycle.
- Annual Plans: Refunds are pro-rated based on used services, minus a £50 early cancellation fee and 2 months of the annual payment.
Missed Appointments: No-shows or inaccessible vehicles may be considered "used" and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
8. PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may pause your subscription once per year for up to 2 months (e.g., for travel). Notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next appointment.
9. RESCHEDULING POLICY
- 4-6 Week Clients: 24 hours' notice required.
- Annual Subscribers: 48 hours' notice required.
- No fee applies if the correct notice is provided.
10. LATE RESCHEDULES OR NO-SHOWS
Under 24 hours' notice (or no-show) results in a £25 fee applied to your next billing cycle. Frequent late changes may result in loss of priority status.
11. WEATHER DELAYS
In the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule. There is no penalty, and we will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.
12. SERVICE TERMS
The vehicle must be free of excessive personal belongings. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsanitary vehicles. Additional charges apply for heavy soiling or pet hair.
13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure driveway or legal parking access at the time of service.
- Inform us of any known issues or damage prior to service.
- Remove all valuables; we are not responsible for lost items.
14. LIABILITY
We are insured, but not liable for pre-existing damage, incorrect information provided by the customer, or weather-related delays. Alleged damage must be reported within 24 hours.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website is the property of Bubble N Squeak. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
16. PRIVACY

17. CHANGES TO TERMS
